PURCHASING ELIGIBILITY

To place an order through this website, you may be required to provide personal information, including your full name, phone number, email address, billing address, and payment details.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

ARKYFLY offers both ready-to-ship products and handmade-to-order items.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Items placed in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until checkout is completed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All items are handmade after the order is placed. Production may take up to 2 weeks.

Orders are shipped from Italy.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Italy: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 5–17 business days
• Outside Europe: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties.

For destinations outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other charges may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us at info@arkyfly.it and we will do our best to assist you.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be reshipped for an additional fee of €5.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.

If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned according to our Return Policy.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the return request and must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days using the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All products are carefully inspected before shipment.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@arkyfly.it so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

We accept payments through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout.
