Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside my control. They are not included in the product price unless specifically stated otherwise.

Due to UK VAT regulations, different procedures apply depending on the value of the order.

Orders over £135

Orders over £135 can be placed directly through my website.

Please note that UK VAT is not collected at checkout. UK VAT, and any other applicable import charges, will generally be collected by the courier or customs authorities upon delivery.

These charges must be paid by the recipient before the parcel can be released for delivery.

Orders under £135

For orders under £135, I offer a dedicated purchasing process through Etsy, where UK VAT is automatically collected at checkout in accordance with UK regulations.

If you wish to purchase an item valued under £135, simply contact me and I will be happy to provide a secure Etsy checkout link.

My prices remain the same regardless of the checkout method used.

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties and taxes are generally prepaid before shipment whenever possible.

This helps reduce the likelihood of additional charges upon delivery.

However, customs regulations may change and customs authorities retain the right to inspect shipments and apply additional charges in specific circumstances.

While uncommon, it is therefore possible that additional duties, taxes or fees may occasionally be requested by US Customs or the courier upon arrival.

For countries not specifically mentioned above, local customs duties, VAT, import taxes or other fees may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.

These charges are assessed and collected by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

I am unable to predict or control customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees or any other charges imposed by customs authorities or couriers.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not grounds for cancellation, refusal of delivery or refund of shipping costs.
