Registration

To use certain services or features provided on this website, you may need to register. When you register, you must provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete. If any of your registration information changes, please notify us immediately at info@arkyfly.it.

The account password you provide must be unique and secure. You must immediately notify ArkyFly of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

Purchasing

To make purchases on the Site, you will be required to provide certain personal information, including your full name, phone number, email address, and other requested details. You will also be required to provide payment information, which you represent and warrant as valid and correct, and you confirm that you are the person referenced in the billing information provided.

Shipping and Delivery

ArkyFly offers products for sale that are either in stock or made to order and available for shipping from our distribution center.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
We ship to Italy and worldwide via courier or national postal services.

Types of Shipping
All items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be produced.

Items are shipped from Italy, with approximate delivery times:

  • Italy: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 5–17 business days

  • Outside Europe: 7–20 business days

Within the European Union, all destinations are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all applicable taxes and import duties are included in the final purchase price. For DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations (outside the EU), product prices shown exclude all taxes and duties. Upon arrival, you will be responsible for paying all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes applied by your country to release your order from customs. We will send you an email before shipping your first DDU order so you can plan accordingly.

Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with your tracking number as provided by the courier. For any tracking issues, ArkyFly Customer Service at info@arkyfly.it will do its best to update you promptly on the status of your order.

Shipping Issues
All items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to produce. Orders are shipped on the next business day after production is completed.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned to the sender, it can be resent for a fee of €5.
In case of a lost package, no refunds will be issued.
Please always double-check that your address is correct :D

Returns & Refunds

I accept returns and exchanges:

  • Contact me within 14 days of delivery.

  • Ship the items back within 21 days of delivery.

Cancellations

  • I do not accept order cancellations.

  • However, please contact me if there are any issues with your order.

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom orders

Return conditions

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Information
All items are quality-checked and inspected for defects before being shipped to customers.
If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

  • Send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure the fastest processing of your return.

  • Items must not be worn and must be in the same condition as when received.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
