Shipping Times

All items are handmade in my workshop at the time of order, and it may take up to 2 weeks to prepare them.

Free shipping on orders over €40 (except for the USA due to new customs regulations).

Items are shipped from Italy, with approximate delivery times:

• Italy: 2–4 business days

• Europe: 1–3 weeks

• Outside Europe: 2–5 weeks

Express shipping is available for an additional fee and can be selected at checkout.

Attention:
If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to the sender, it can be resent for a fee of €5.
In case of a lost package, no refunds will be issued.
